The entire administration team at National Sheds and Shelters would like to say thank you to Paul and Angela for trusting us with their project.

The brief: Design a domestic storage facility, more commonly known as a “man cave”, the final design featured 450mm eaves to 3 sides, Roof insulation, a Rotary Vent and remote motors to the roller doors.
Remove existing timber structure (by clients), remove existing palm trees (by clients).
Obtain council approval for the removal of the old and construction of the new structure.
Integrate a block retaining wall with the slab and driveway to ensure long term site stability and ease of traffic flow.

Chris provided the engineering expertise, with the site, slab, footing and block wall detail.

Troy and his team, provided all excavation to the site, removing the old concrete and pouring the new footing, slab, driveway and installing the drainage pits.

Richard and his team of steel fixers provided the main steel construction. The job was finished to an exceptionally high standard. Cladding one side and the rear gable was challenging, but the work was carried out in a professional manner, delivering another quality job.

Our management team would like to congratulate all the trades and services involved in this project, a fantastic team effort.
